Because yuppy car crashes of relational-but-not-existential consequence are what my nervous system requires to feel safe.

My dream scenario would combine the best of the financial columnist who handed scammers $50,000 in a shoebox and the revelation that Danny Lavery's polycule was having a baby. It would feel like a gossip sesh with Emily Gould and Keith Gessen as they serve you salad from acacia hands. It would be about writers and their ethical commitments to their subjects, but mostly about real estate. Something Elizabeth Gilbert-coded, but not quite as dark as what she's up to these days...😳
